The Babylon 5 Advisory Council
The Babylon 5 Asvisory Council is made up of Earth Alliance, Minbari Federation, Centauri Republic, Narn Regime, Vorlon Empire, and League of Non-Aligned Worlds. The council functions in the same way as the old U.N. Security Council on Earth. The membership consists of representatives from major governments. Each representative has one vore. If the council is deadlocked, the League of Non-Aligned Worlds has the deciding vote. During sessions, maximum security is in place.
Normal Duty
During some events, or when relations are strained between governments, or upon the request of tha ambassadors, security personel will be required to at as bodyguards for the ambassadors. During such times, the life of the ambassador is above all else.
